Wastewater treatment plant operation & maintenance (O&M)
Hand your WWTP to a dedicated engineering team: daily biomass and chemical control, complete operating records, reported data matching real measurements.
What we do
- Resident or periodic engineers assigned according to plant capacity
- Biomass control (MLSS, SV30, F/M) and chemical dosing optimised via periodic jar tests
- Preventive maintenance of pumps, blowers, instruments and control panels
- Operating logs, monthly data reports and support during regulatory inspections
Process
Plant handover
Inventory equipment, assess biomass status and record handover with photos and baseline data.
System stabilisation
Adjust dosing, add biomass if needed and establish target operating setpoints within 2–4 weeks.
Routine operation
Daily checklist inspections, on-site quick tests and verification lab monitoring per contract frequency.
Reporting & improvement
Monthly reports covering data, chemical cost, incidents and improvement proposals to cut OPEX.

Frequently asked questions
Does the O&M contract include chemicals?
Two options: full-service O&M (chemicals included, billed per m³ treated) or manpower-only O&M (the plant buys chemicals following our recommended formula).
What happens if effluent exceeds limits during O&M?
The contract sets correction timelines and liability. If the exceedance is caused by operation, BioGreenTech bears the remediation cost; if production loading changed beyond design scope, both parties agree on an adjustment plan.
How is the O&M fee calculated?
Based on treatment capacity, wastewater characteristics, number of engineers on site and whether chemicals are included. Contact us for a quote for your specific case.
