Who needs this service
Frequently asked questions
Does my plant need a permit or only registration?
It depends on the project group under Decree 08/2022/ND-CP. Groups I, II and III normally require an environmental permit; Group IV only needs registration with the commune-level authority. We review this free of charge and reply within one business day.
How long does the process take?
Dossier preparation takes 2–6 weeks depending on scale. Statutory appraisal by the authority is 30–45 days for provincial-level permits, longer if supplements are required.
What are the fines for missing documentation?
Under Decree 45/2022/ND-CP, operating without an environmental permit or failing to monitor can attract fines of hundreds of millions of VND plus suspension of operations.
