RECYCLING & EPR

Hazardous waste recovery, recycling and full-service EPR

We prioritise recycling over destruction: spent acid and metal sludge are recovered into FeCl2/FeCl3 reused in water treatment. Electronic hazardous waste manifests are traceable to the final recycling point — meeting FDI audit requirements.

What we do

  • Collection and transport of hazardous waste by licensed units per Circular 02/2022/TT-BTNMT
  • Recycling of spent acid, corrosive solutions and metal sludge into water treatment chemicals
  • Electronic hazardous waste manifests traceable to the final recycling point
  • EPR registration and compliance under Decree 110/2026/ND-CP

Process

01

Waste characterisation & sampling

Determine the hazardous waste code and analyse composition to choose recycling or disposal.

02

Quotation & contract

Set unit prices by composition, volume and transport distance; sign the contract with the recycling plan.

03

Collection & transport

Licensed hazardous waste vehicles with quantities recorded on an electronic weighbridge.

04

Recycling & manifests

Recycling at the plant in Toc Tien IZ; electronic manifests issued to the waste generator.

Who needs this service

Plating, steel and electronics plants generating spent acid and metal sludge
Producers and importers subject to EPR under Decree 110/2026/ND-CP
FDI companies needing to prove waste streams reach the final recycling point during audits

Frequently asked questions

How does spent acid recycling work?

Iron-bearing spent acid from metal pickling is recovered, treated and converted into FeCl2/FeCl3 solution — a coagulant used in wastewater treatment. The waste stream becomes a raw material instead of a disposal cost.

Do small businesses have EPR obligations?

Under Decree 110/2026/ND-CP, businesses with annual revenue below VND 30 billion are exempt from recycling obligations. We review revenue, product codes and packaging to determine the exact duties.

How do electronic manifests differ from paper ones?

Electronic manifests record the full chain from generator → transport → final recycling point and can be retrieved whenever regulators or auditing customers ask, reducing the risk of lost paperwork.
