HAZARDOUS WASTE RECYCLING

Recovery and recycling of industrial hazardous waste

Hazardous waste does not always have to be destroyed. For spent acid, corrosive solutions and metal sludge, recycling cuts disposal cost while producing chemicals reused in water treatment.

What we do

  • Assign the hazardous waste code and sample for metal content and acid concentration
  • Assess recyclability and propose the suitable recovery route
  • Collection and transport by licensed units with transparent weight records
  • Issue electronic manifests traceable to the final recycling point

Process

01

Sampling & analysis

Analyse Fe, Zn, Ni, Cr content and acid concentration to decide the recycling route.

02

Confirm route & contract

Compare recycling versus disposal cost and sign a contract stating the waste destination.

03

Safe transport

Dedicated tankers or containers, drivers trained in dangerous goods, journey monitoring.

04

Recycling & reporting

Recycle into FeCl2/FeCl3 or recover metals; send volume reports and electronic manifests.

Who needs this service

Plating and metal pickling plants generating iron-bearing HCl/H2SO4 spent acid
Steel and engineering plants with metal sludge from their WWTP
Electronics plants needing transparent waste streams for customer audits

Frequently asked questions

How does recycling cost compare with disposal?

For streams with high recovery value (iron-rich acid at good concentration), the cost is significantly lower than disposal — in some cases near zero after deducting recovered value. Send analysis results for a quote.

What if our plant is far away with small volumes?

We consolidate trips by area. For small volumes, waiting time may be longer but transport cost is shared across several plants on the same route.

Do you support documentation when regulators audit waste flows?

Yes. We provide contracts, the licences of transport and treatment units and per-batch electronic manifests so the plant can prove the waste reached a lawful recycling point.
