Obtaining and amending the environmental permit
Under the 2020 Environmental Protection Law the environmental permit consolidates the former wastewater, emissions and hazardous waste licences into a single dossier, issued by the competent authority based on project group.

How long is the environmental permit valid?
The validity period is stated in the permit, depends on the project group and is typically 7 to 10 years. Before expiry — or when a change requires amendment — the company must apply for re-issuance or amendment.
Can we apply without a completed WWTP?
No. Licensing requires treatment works that are built and operating to standard. We therefore run the two in parallel: retrofit the WWTP, run verification monitoring, then submit the dossier.
Do you handle dossiers for leased factory buildings in industrial parks?
Yes. If the plant sits in an industrial park with a central WWTP, the dossier focuses on the connection agreement and remaining sources such as emissions and hazardous waste.
