Periodic environmental protection reporting
Semi-annual and annual reports consolidate all wastewater, emissions, solid waste, hazardous waste and monitoring data — filed with the authorities within the statutory deadlines.
What we do
- Consolidate data from operating logs, chemical invoices and waste manifests
- Compare monitoring results against applicable standards and flag deviations before filing
- Draft the report using the current statutory template and file on time
- Archive records digitally for inspections and FDI customer audits
Process
Collect period data
Gather operating logs, monitoring results, hazardous waste manifests and chemical invoices for the period.
Consistency check
Cross-check waste quantities, chemical consumption and wastewater flow so figures do not contradict.
Draft & review
Prepare the report per template with monitoring appendices and photos of treatment works.
File & retain proof
File via the online system or in person and retain the receipt and soft copy in the environmental records.
Who needs this service
Frequently asked questions
Which authority receives the periodic report?
To the authority that issued the environmental permit (ministry, provincial or district level) and the local environmental agency. Plants inside industrial parks usually also report to the park infrastructure owner.
Should we report monitoring results that fail?
Yes. Hiding data is a far greater risk than reporting it with a corrective action plan. We help build the remediation plan submitted alongside the report to reduce the chance of severe sanctions.
Can you prepare reports for overdue periods?
Yes. We review the missing periods, reconstruct data from genuine records and advise how to present it to minimise penalty exposure.
